Approach
Our services are tailored. No two organizations are the same and each requires individualized legal solutions. We use a combination of experience, new technology and a broad-ranging understanding of business, economies and current events to bring you the legal guidance and services you need.
Rates
While we are flexible in our approach to billing, we do aim to provide fixed fee pricing or pre-set retainers wherever possible. Strive for efficiency and cost certainty for the client. The billable hour and the surprise invoice are not our preference. Additionally, while we are absolutely not a discount service, we do keep overhead to a minimum and take a dynamic approach to our pricing. You can get the high quality services you need without the sticker shock and uncertainty of traditional providers.
For more specific information on pricing, please contact us. Fractional services are typically based on flat rate monthly retainers and project work is quoted on a fixed of fixed + variable fee basis.

External General Counsel and Fractional Legal Services
Do you need regular legal services but you're not ready to hire someone full-time? Consider retaining an external general counsel or consulting counsel on contract. We can work closely with your team part-time without the overhead or risk of hiring a full-time employee. Or if you need some extra capacity for an existing legal team, this can also be an efficient solution. Similarly, if you run a non-profit or public institution, sometimes the budget simply does not allow for high cost external firms or full-time staff, so consider this an alternative.

Special Project and Temporary Legal Support
If you need help on a temporary basis for a special project like a major development or you need coverage to allow your own legal team to focus more fully on such a project, we can provide such services. Chris's experience includes acting on several large-scale infrastructure and procurement initiatives, corporate realignments and compliance implementations.
